We are privileged to host our much-loved missionaries, Bruce & Lisa Burkholder, on October 25 during our 6 PM Worship Service. They will share with us how God has been blessing the Spanish Literature ministries of Baptist Mid-Missions. More info about their ministry can be found at www.bmm.org/ministries/spanish-publications/read more...
Our Annual Thanksgiving Banquet will be enjoyed following the 10:30 AM Morning Worship Service. The Banquet will conclude with a brief praise service with music and testimonies. The regular 6 PM Worship Service will be cancelled on this day.
At our 4th Annual Thanksgiving Bonfire 0ur church family and guests will worship around a blazing bonfire by offering testimonies of thanksgiving, "speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual song, singing and making melody in 'our' hearts to the Lord" (Eph. 5:19), and enjoying "sweets" and hot drinks. This is another favorite fabulous fellowship and beautiful worship event of FBC ministries to glory of God and the good of His people.
One hour of beautiful worship on Christmas Eve, the "Christmas Eve Candlelight Carol Sing" is a favorite annual event of our church family and guests. Our tradition is to 'wish' one another a very "Merry Christmas" having concluded worship with the lighting of candles and the rich harmony of our voices singing a capella, "Silent Night! Holy Night!"
